Cookie Policy
Information on cookie use in accordance with art. 22.2 LSSICE and GDPR
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites store in your browser when you visit them. They allow the site to remember information between pages or between visits, and are necessary for certain basic functions to operate correctly.
Legal basis
This website uses exclusively strictly necessary cookies for its technical operation, pursuant to art. 22.2 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSICE). Strictly necessary cookies are exempt from the obligation to obtain prior consent, as their purpose is to enable communication between the user and the requested service.
We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking or any other cookies that are not essential for the operation of the site.
Cookies used on this site

Third-party resources
For the correct functioning of the interface, this site loads technical resources (stylesheets and scripts) from third-party servers:
- cdn.tailwindcss.com — CSS stylesheet (Tailwind CSS)
- unpkg.com — page interactivity library (HTMX)
- cdn.jsdelivr.net — component library (Alpine.js)
When loading these resources, your browser makes requests to those external servers, which means your IP address is known to them. These providers do not set cookies on our domain, but may have their own privacy policies which we recommend you consult. We have no control over the data processing they carry out on their own systems.
Payment gateway (Redsys / BBVA)
When you make a payment, you are redirected to the secure Redsys payment gateway (BBVA Virtual POS). During that process, Redsys may set its own cookies on its domain (sis.redsys.es) for transaction security purposes. Those cookies are outside our domain and are subject to the Redsys/BBVA privacy policy. Arteixo Surf Club does not access or store those cookies.
How to manage or disable cookies?
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies at any time. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent the site from working correctly (login, forms, language selection).

This policy may be updated if new features are added to the site that involve the use of new cookies. The date of the last review is shown at the bottom of this page.
